Bill,
Now you tell me he has no modern weapons and is getting his ass kicked. Which is it? Is he a threat, or not a threat?
a) I've said it before, and I'll say it again. RuZZia's military is dangerous not because of quality, but because of quantity.

b) One doesn't need a high-tech weapon in order to pose a threat. A man with a knife and a blatant disregard for his or anyone else's life can be a threat.

c) You still haven't explained to me why you are willing to retreat from anyone and everyone that doesn't pose a direct, imminent threat to America, and why you think that actually represents strength instead of weakness.
