Why do some Muslim migrants in France confidently boast that France will soon enough be Islamic? Because non-Muslim French authorities are so weak and self-defeating.

“Nantes/La Roche-sur-Yon: an Afghan refuses to leave his accommodation, the state is helpless,” translated from “Nantes/La Roche-sur-Yon : un Afghan refuse de quitter son hébergement, l’Etat est impuissant,” Breizh-Info, February 24, 2024 (thanks to Medforth):
The prefecture of Vendée demanded his immediate expulsion, the judge in summary proceedings of the administrative court of Nantes has just ordered this week to release “without delay” the apartment he occupies, and yet this Afghan national in his forties not moving. An illustration of the impotence of the State: a foreigner can quietly seize the administrative machine and decide to occupy an apartment on which he has no right if this is his pleasure!
This week’s judgment is only the 1st twist of a judicial soap opera which opposes this Afghan national and the Vista association which hosts him. Problem: the gentleman has taken his ease and multiplies the appeals. In June 2023, he obtained subsidiary protection because he could not claim refugee status. In July 2023, the French Immigration and Integration Office (OFII) told him that he had to leave his accommodation for a provisional center. Monsieur refused! On October 27, the prefect of Vendée himself had ordered him to leave the premises within 15 days: new refusal! And the state hesitates to use force because “associations” and good souls would see it malice.
The worst part is that its liberated accommodation will not be awarded to French people but to other immigrants awaiting accommodation. In the Vendée department, no less than 82 “asylum seekers” and their families are waiting for accommodation generously paid by the French.
If he is expelled, let’s hope that, to pass his rage, this Afghan does not decide to “punish” the French in one way or another … |
