I am with Aaron Mate's view on Ukraine. When it broke away from the USSR it wanted to be a Neutral Independent country. How does it do that with Russia on it's doorstep? It stays Neutral. That is not what happened. A war was stirred up and intensified in 2014. Aaron Maté: Biden and his proxy wars - by Aaron Maté (aaronmate.net) Now, a rabid war monger will see anyone who is not frothing at the mouth for war with Russia as a "putin cuck". It's meaningless as far as I am concerned. If the USA wants to compete against Russia and China, it's really stupid to put over 90% of advanced Chip manufacturing on China's doorstep in Taiwan. Just from a technology transfer and espionage POV. Ditto all manufacturing. Unbelievably stupid from a point of view of National Security never mind the wellbeing of the USA's working population. I would describe it as a suicidal lack of strategic thinking. The war in Ukraine has nothing to do with National Security either for the USA. Europe generally, or the UK. This looks about right too. Capitalism has an advantage over a socialist dictatorship. For all the obvious reasons, unless there are other serious problems in government.
