I was an engineer for over 25 years Eric.

When is comes to dealing with problems of any kind, including accidents, the root cause(s) need to be uncovered and discussed in an honest and open manner.

The aircraft in question was in good condition and had cleared all its checks.

The aircrew, for what ever reasons were not able to avoid some dangerous weather conditions in the flight path. They were a bit fatigued and not fully ready for the crisis that followed.

Yes various design factors came into play, but how many fights were completed by the aircraft manufactured to that specification beforehand?

The video describes clearly what happened then.

also Tim Vasquez also looked at what happened, both before and after the discovery of the aircraft.
