The question arises, and forget Putin, do the Russian people have to be concerned about NATO? My answer is a very clear YES.
That, plus the fact that you trust RuZZian media more than Western media, makes you a part of the Q Continuum.

NATO didn't expand out of belligerence TO RuZZia.

Instead, NATO expanded because RuZZia IS belligerent.

Just ask Finland and Sweden. Or Poland, who used to be a core part of the Warsaw Pact (heck, the name itself was based on the Polish capital).

Ask any of these countries why they CHOSE NATO over neutrality.
