It's no punishment at all to a guy makin' $1000 per hour to write a check for a speeding ticket. He's already made up that money on time saved over a year. I worked in all neighborhoods in my city. The worst, rudest drivers are in the richest neighborhoods. No question about it. Teslas replaced BMWs to a large extent. Ask any truck driver who the worst drivers are: Tesla and BMW drivers. The best driver neighborhoods were average middle class people.
