What criteria was this sell point based on, or how did you decide to sell some shares at this price?

Also, I suppose this was a price target you established in the last few months since SMTC has hit this price before. What recent developments led you to decide to sell some shares?

Sorry to be so nosey. This got my curiosity up since, again, we've seen these prices before.
