Jerry, the deal is actually $2.8 million U.S. money or thereabout as I understand and second the money is non-refundable. All you need to do to find some of these things out is call Al Waddill at 801-553-6600.
Do you have something against Fonix? What is the purpose for your constant criticism of the company. Can you find no good in their progress?
I'll tell you what, I'd love to see you short this stock between now and the next 2 weeks! I double dog dare you. It may fluctuate a bit between now and then, but when the dust settles in the next 2-3 weeks you will be sad to find yourself on the wrong side. Thats all I'll say and I make this challenge all in good taste. I've done my research, have you done yours?
