Well now Cicero was a government bureaucrat so it's no wonder you admire him. Trump I think follows his advice on using emotion to control people. If you get them emotional you don't have to use proof or logic or reason.

In the end Hitler, Mussolini and Cicero got what was coming to them and someday hopefully so will the Orange Mussolini.
