Wexler, you're losing it - you can't even count

You say "you seem to forget one thing." - and then list #1 & #2.

BTW - You can pat yourself on the back all you want but Zona's way up & at least some of your alleged shorts are under water - likewise your investment acumen is on display with your boastful short of TXB - you're my hero. But these stock picks pale in comparison to your ability to see into the future.

I read your warnings last week about something happening on the 16th - they made sense since the TX Bio conference is this week - after all, Asensio released his first attack the day after the SGP deal was announced so I expected something might be coming out to blunt the inevitable boost Zona will get from the conference. Of course, you warned on JAN 15th that some more "stuff" was coming out - what a seer!!

Your crowning achievement (aside from your recent TXB short) was how back on JAN 1st you predicted a surprise for Joe P on Feb 16th - then, a few posts later, connected it to the TX Biotech conference.

I can't wait to see what happens because it will finally identify who you are aligned with - Asensio or the lawyers organizing a suit or both??

How could you possibly predict an event six weeks in advance??

What a pickle - does anyone else feel sorry for Bill??

BTW - click below to refresh your memory about a recent legal development providing a new weapon for Issuers Against Manipulative Short Sellers:

I love the abstract....

>>>The financial press recently has published a number of reports that raise concern about short sellers and their associates (typically "newsletter authors) manipulating the market for shares of newly-emerging public companies. This is allegedly done by issuing a negative article about a company with the intent of depressing its share price to the benefit of short sellers. It also has been reported that the authors of these newsletters may tip favored clients as to an upcoming negative article before it is published, and that said authors are compensated for these tips. It is further alleged that the negative information may be false - indeed, even manufactured, just to get something negative out in the market so that the scheme can be accomplished.<<<

Sound familiar Bill - I just wish I had found this article a little earlier - say, around Jan. 1st.
