Apple's car solution to integrate with iOS devices is called CarPlay and it has been around for a decade. It has been available since the iPhone 5 and iOS 7.1, according to its Wikipedia article.

Most car manufacturers offer both Android and CarPlay on their vehicles, and there are third party aftermarket solutions that have both as well.
