Sounds like a sensible request. Maybe the EU will help by sending over some water canons ? btw, what is it... too wet or too dry, or both? Where I lived in Scotland there used to be lots of rain. 1.5 meter per annum. Where I am now, only 1.0 meter per annum. Lots of food as its all cattle and dairy. Wonderful food, lots of bees and wildlife, nice grass. It's amazing... sunlight to lamb and beef with extras. Arable land in England is dead as a doornail by comparison, no bees, veggie food full of crapola. yuk!
