Give some thought to putting your IRA into a ROTH IRA sometime during 1997. If your AGI is under 100K it MIGHT be worth your while to pay taxes NOW rather than pay 'em after you retire.

BTW when I was in my file this week to post some citations I re-read one of an IRA (or pension) that had problems being a TRADER, and an "illegal" so-to-speak activity for the IRA to be doing.
