How about Oakland? It's in my neck of the woods, and its politics and demographics are very similar to that of South Bronx.

So tell me exactly what I should do, and how I can draw a "bogus complaint" and end up being pErSeCuTeD simply because I'm an Ivy League educated Asian engineer.

Should I buy property there, then completely lie about said property in order to get favorable terms on a loan?

Or should I go finger some woman's pussy against her will, then defame her over and over again while proclaiming my innocence?
