The poison pill seems to be more about management's fear that someone will accumulate at these bargain basement price levels and they will lose control than it is about protecting small shareholders. They just made this company much more expensive to buy which contributed to today's drop. I'm a long term long and still holding because I'm satisfied with the fundamentals. However, I am more convinced then ever that it will take several more consecutive good quarters in the books before I will see my average price again. JMHO KenZ
