James, I think we are working too hard on this. I just read the 13 G's and tried to figure out roughly how much stock is in institutional hands. Dec 9 was the big downday and SSAX traded 4,888 million shs that day. It was because of the date on the H&Q filing that I made the connection. I'm somewhat confused now myself so I recommend that anyone who understands these forms goes to the site (EDGAR) and reads things for themselves. Any clarification will be welcome. You are certainly right about numbers not being accidents but some of the warrants had exercise prices in the 9 range if I remember correctly. They could have been exercised but that would seem to be a waste of money since they don't expire for a while. It would also add to the treasury for this quarter. Karl
