Bill Gates has now extended the concept to humanity. He owns the design (especially after it's been "improved" by the vaccine), so you cannot go changing thing unless Bill says it's OK. As you don't know anywhere as much as Bill's experts do, it should be (soon to be) illegal for you to attempt any upgrade... such as take an unapproved medication. That effectively is the current Bill Gates mantra.
