Bullish. The small cells, low power seems RIGHT. That's how the
wireless email and web surfing infrastructure should be built.
And Metricom's the only one building it that way. So they should
prevail. Or at least make money.

Yet there they are, with only 3 SMSAs covered, and Dulles airport
not yet on their list of covered airports. What is going on????

They put on a good talk at the stockholder's meeting. Polished
prepared talk and smooth answers to questions from the floor. The
only red flag, for me, was that they used Paul Allen's web site as
a target in their demo of Autobahn. (Blatant ego stroking.) Aside
from that, it was fine.

Need to know WHO'll be running Ricochet. Need to know if the new bored members synch with the old ones. Need to have Ricochet financials split out from the Utilinet figures. Aside from those uncertainties and the competition being always about to descend
(from orbit) (or crash), all is cool.

Proper value of MCOM? Value 4 yrs from now factored backwards with
your crystal ball's values of inflation worked in. Up? Down?
The potential is fantastic, and the ability to blow it is as great
as <insert Lawinsky joke>. I'm holding.
