Bill, the fact is that Trump's lawyer never ever made a request for one. Doesn't matter if the judge would have denied it or not. We have seen MULTIPLE examples of Trump's legal team making requests that had absolutely no chance of getting approved. The fact that Trump's lawyer never requested a jury trial means that Trump is lying when he said he was denied one. He can't be denied something that he never asked for in the first place. Bottom line is that due process is working as intended. And Trump is making shit up because people like you believe it. Tenchusatsu
