You just answered your own question.

If Trump believed so strongly that he was unjustly denied a jury trial, he should have used the opportunity to file a motion requesting for a jury trial.

And among his arguments should have been why the trial shouldn't have been considered an "equitable relief trial."

His lawyers didn't even try. That means they agreed with the judge's decision.

Trump was never denied a jury trial because his lawyers already agreed that this can't be a jury trial in the first place.

Do you file a motion for a jury when you go to traffic court?
Thanks for that analogy, Bill. It proves my point even more.

In this analogy, Trump would have claimed, "I was unjustly denied a jury trial for my speeding ticket!"

And you'd be right there agreeing with him and claiming that he was denied due process.

Now you're confirming that due process was indeed followed here.
