ARTT seems to have a dismal future unless they are bought out. Not even close to either WCII or TGNT.

Randy,
In my opinion if they only raise 500 million it is going be a problem. The last rounds of auction certainly had their shortcomings. Does anybody see the possibility of have too much spectrum available for current(today not 3, 4 or 5 years from now) needs? If so how do you then value WCII?
