No it is not !!!

That is a legit Russian target in Ukrainian waters that is sent there for the purpose of randomly targeting Ukraine schools ,hospitals ,daycares.

Russia is the invader that is destroying Ukraine for the self serving interests of its deranged leader. While the Ukraine goes after military targets like this patrol boat the Russians just bomb the shit out of Ukrainian schools ,hospitals , kidnaps Ukrainian children and tortures/kills captured Ukrainian soldiers.

So lets be clear here , do you support the genocide of Ukrainians by a deranged wanted for war crimes Putin?
You do not mention the reciprocal horror committed by Israel of Palestinian’s for the horror of Hamas attacks on Israel.
