Mohan,

I do not want to start an argument with you on this thread. I know you read a lot stuff,
so you have your point. The problem is have you ever verify your information? is it accurate ?
There is a proverb in Chinese, that goes " If you trust everything in the books, then it is better read no books ", which means you always have to think, to make a judgement and to
dijest. You probably will never know that some big cooperation nowadays even assembly
the pcs for internal use, and they do not buy from Dell, CPQ, HWP ...etc. Because it is
so easy to assembly computers, even a kid with high school degree can easily assembly
its own computer, and it is much cheaper. I can now set up my own computer business through the internet and assembly in the gurage and sell with much lower price, do you
believe. That is the reason I said Dell is the most vulnerable company among those box maker, Screw drivers and internet sells did not make a successful company for the future,
you must offer better and knowledgeable service, and technology. The computer industry
has changed, and it will never be the same. Dell has been a very successful company in the
past, but the past record did not guarantee its future success.
