I will give my view on the matter of the Samuel Melia case.
He has been sentenced and sent to jail. I am a law abiding person ,and strongly believe in the UK legal system. I have posted on Harry Potter in the past... check my posts on the matter... by all means.
My comment would be the case was way overblown ... deliberately imho. That Samuel Melia represented a cause, rightly or wrongly, and that is going to gather force unfortunately.
I have lived in many of the rougher neighbourhoods in the UK with mixed races and all sorts. I know cities like Leeds fairly well too. Some one on SI dared me to walk in a so called "NO GO" area of London, and I am as white as you can get. It took a while as I was busy doing other things but I posted a picture of me right in the middle of the place and it was crowded at the time. Never felt safer.
I can tell you most of the immigrants in our nation are fine British Citizens. In some way more British then even British citizens, just like some Canadian Scots, they keep the traditions, language, and ways better then people in the original land. These people, for better or worse, often come former British Empire countries. Other don't and they are just fine too, Britain as a culture, has always been a mixing pot of refugees. Uncontrolled illegal immigration is an absolute no no, and a security threat to the Nation. No doubt about that.
I can talk, have talked, to the rougher, tougher types on both sides of supposed issues in cities etc and usually I can make them see sense.
Did the police do that? I would have hoped a warning and a few stern words would have sorted all that out. A threat to confiscate his Oswald Mosely book... feed it to the police dog.. was all that was really necessary. Maybe the Police did all that to no avail? One would hope. but it doesn't currently look that way to me.
So the racial tensions are now notched up, and that is not good for most people. That is how I see it. Does that make me a conspiracy theorist? It doesn't matter, I don't really care if some woke nutball thinks so.
Don't give me any of your psycho babble, it doesn't look good on you imho, and it's water off a ducks back to me. |
