PLG was hard to buy. I ended up having to pay. 1.02 to get any size. Then I only got 10k shares before it moved up to 1.03. Sitting on the bid got me nothing. I'm a little irritated at schwab, They would not let me bid between pennies. A bunch of trades go off between pennies.
