[Insider selling]

On the surface it would appear that way, but I'd have to know why he sold to know if it's significant. Is he resigning as a director? Has he been chosen to direct one of the affiliates and is therefore transferring funds? Is he old, ill, divorced? There are so many reasons for selling, I seldom give it weight unless it's massive both in numbers of insiders and amounts.
