tAnything that shows up in Ups/Downs movers and is *not* a countertrend reaction is a buy/sell. And if something shows up more than once, then it should be taken very seriously.

VSCO is a case in point. It made my Downs list twice (maye 3 times?) during the past week. Yesterday I was thinking it should be shorted since it had made the list twice in 2 weeks, but I had my hands full with other things.

Here's my history with it. I first bought it around 16 when it went above the green line (see the chart for details). I sold it around 26 when it went below the red line for a 2nd time and put the blue line as the first down target. I bought it off the bounce from the blue line and sold it for good when went below the red line.

When the red line is flat and a stock crosses below it (or fails to go above it), it makes a good short. This is a core foundation of my guardrails system. So at that time, it was a valid short, but since I don't typically short individual stocks and had my hands full with other things, I just took profits and let it go.

Anyways, bask to why I am writing this. Having failed the redline climb and been on the down movers list twice this week, VSCO is going to take a top position in the downs tonight.
