There are several ways to manage the borders... First of all, enforce the laws... Building a wall as Donald was doing is another great deterrent... Or, we can put a few hundred crocodiles into the Rio Grande River and let nature take its course... Or set up a few .50 caliber machine gun nests and let anyone take their chances on crossing over if they're stupid enough... I'm sure there are a number of other inventive ways to enforce a safe border... GZ
