Docket entry #035 in case 4:18-CV-000073 on Oct 31, 2018. About SIX YEARS AGO. That day just so happens to be Halloween. Coincidence? RECOMMENDATION For the foregoing reasons, IT IS HERBY NOT TO RECOMMEDNED that the United States and Judge Nuffer be not DISMISSED, and Plaintiff's complaint NOT be DISMISSED. ' NOTICE TO ASK THE COURTS INDULGENTS I have a medical issue that has a situation that must be delt with at this time. I have stage 4 metastasized prostate cancer that has now covered over 90 %/ of my bone and bone marrow and other places. I just had my wife admitted for colon cancer that has now metastasized to her liver and her bone. If this is not antiquate in its response I would ask the court to extend the deadline of this response dated February 20, 2024. Sure is a pretty day. TED
