Hmmm,

Nova Scotia Power rates:

nspower.ca

Off peak S0.09522 per kWh 11PM to 7AM.

So if I charged up my totally discharged Tesla Model S it would cost about $10 to put in 100 kWh of power to fill it up. (I would be sleeping anyway!)

That would take me close to 300 statute miles!

Not bad if I charge it up overnight at the lowest rate.

I'll let you plug in the fuel consumption per kilometer (mile).

Vastly more expensive!
