Maybe Angela Chao had special bullet proof glass fitted or something? Most likely she panicked. Tesla's cars can be totally submerged and still work. High voltage battery pack had nothing to do with the problem you imagine. Most of the accessories in the car run off of a 12 volt battery. Including the windows. A tragic accident.
