The sickness came within hours of the jab. It occurred during an all day jab fest for all staffmembers given by the nurses at the facility. They stopped the jabbing at some point, because the first victims starting getting sick and couldn't work. One supervisor wanted to keep jabbing.

If you think back, you will remember that the government, media and health officials had whipped everyone into a mass frenzy thinking everyone was going to catch the plague and die. Unfortunately most of those government, media and officials are still in their jobs.
