i have been exercising lately.. and i realize that the air here sucks. besides that there is more value to owning property elsewhere.. and the freedom to build a business where taxation is not so extreme.. I am setting up a project that will make me one of two things.. 1} extremely wealthy 2} extremely happy maybe both... it is not the money that will make me happy... i have been happy with and without... my life has been a bell curve to date... i am looking for a safe haven and possibly a place to have a few little taxis running around{first words.."are u talkin' ta me?} i have heard only good about atlanta... the extent of negative things were from young people that moved down there and tried to make Ny scale pay in entry level jobs.. that in itself defines the folly of their ways.. hehe hey.. i still have family here...and i would like to know that i can travel... and not worry about my domicile being defiled by burglars or squatters.. taxi
