Wouldn't it seem likely that if the 4 companies thought they were going to lose in a
court case, that they would start to accumulate shares at this low share price?

I a not a legal genius, but with this issue dragging out, no word from the company,
and no accumulation by the 4 companies, in case they lose, it could give one the
impression that there isn't a very ironclad case here for EUTO?

Just my depressing thoughts first thing in the morning!!
