I do when they put a criminal's rights above those of the victims. I don't care if the prosecutor is white, black, Hispanic or a Martian...just be fair and do your damn job.

I would rate robbery penalties based on two additional factors:

The wealth of the person who was the victim and the amount of money or property stolen. In my world, white collar criminals like OBanker's bankster buddies would be on death row for stealing 7,000,000m homes and OBankster would be there with them.
