Wouldn't it seem likely that if the 4 companies thought they were going to lose in a court case, that they would start to accumulate shares at this low share price? Not neccessarily. I think both Eutro and 'the four' wants to avoid the courthouse. Legal proceedings always leaves a bad taste afterwards. It is probably a waiting game where 'the four' is waiting for people to bail out of the stock and Eutro (the lawyers) trying to get a solid handle. I a not a legal genius, but with this issue dragging out, no word from the company, and no accumulation by the 4 companies, in case they lose, it could give one the impression that there isn't a very ironclad case here for EUTO? We don't know anything but I think we can safely assume that 'the four' is not acting in the best interest of Eutro. Since there is no will to 'play ball' this will take more time. We'll see by summer. I don't think that anything 50 mil-ish will happen anytime soon. Just my depressing thoughts first thing in the morning!! Yeah, I know the feeling just before the first cup of coffee... :)
