What’s the best way to silence all night calls and notifications especially from from drunk, stoned, and crazy friends who are in my contact list, during my sleeping hours? I don’t mind talking to them in daylight hours but after midnight it’s ridiculous.

I had my phone set to go into sleep mode 11pm to 7am. Everything has been OK for the 2 weeks I’ve been using sleep mode. Then last night I was sleeping fine until a friends calls got through and rang the phone ringer around 2am and 430am, the friend has bipolar disorder and went into a manic state due to some items being stolen from his Tesla and in his panicked state he was phoning several people (me, other people, the police, even the Tesla boss). As a result I got only 2 hours sleep.

Maybe I should try using Do Not Disturb mode instead of Sleep Mode?
