Not that Mike can't speak for himself, but the fact of the matter is this, filing a Form 10 ain't rocket science. Any garage schlock operation can put together a Form 10 filing. So, the following question is begged and begged strenuously: Why wouldn't a company file a 10?

Any 'garage schlock operation' could probably put out a 10 with a whole lot less effort than Zulu. We have mergers and reorganisations going on right and left. A 10 is a legally binding document. If they happen to post it and it is wrong they may get sued. Or they would have to make appends which would make them look like they were not totally on top of their own situation.

Doing it right means less potential damage control. It will be intense enough for them should they 'ace' the 10.

It's really amazing. Why is it that stonewalling continues? Whether or not the above is true, failure to file a 10 conveys the PERCEPTION that there is a problem. And why wouldn't any company want to clear up improper perceptions? Perhaps because they are factual?

Please make some more 'deeply insightful' comments on the current situation. It's great fun.

Just once I would like to see a company come out and say: " We have no news to report because there is no good news to report." or "We are doing a reverse split,1 for 50, because our stock won't ever move because we don't have fundamentals. And sure, once we do the reverse, the stock price will still tank. But that's not why we're doing the reverse. The reverse allows us to issue more shares up to the amount originally authorized..."

And just that once you'd see a company in the process of committing suicide. Won't happen.

Just curious: do you walk over to your boss like four times a day and tell him that you don't have anything to say? Those who are uneasy with the situation should contact the company. No peace of mind is to be found here.

That openness would be so refreshing that, using reverse psychology, it might actually stimulate buying.

It will most probably incur a massive dump of all the original holders signalling their complete loss of confidence in the company.

Get a grip! Zulu is an infant wobbling about trying to grow up. It is not easy and they cannot keep all investors happy during this time. If they make it and still behaves like this in two years time then I will be worried.
