And given that you said "also," that means you "also" advocate what I mentioned before, which is to send 10K pairs of boots on the ground and nation-build.

At least it's a plan. Maybe even a good one, IF (and only IF) we can execute to it, tolerate some bloodshed, and make it worth our while.

That last part, specifically making it "worth our while," is gonna be a hard sell, though, especially with our piss-poor record at nation-building.

(And yes, I know you didn't exactly say "nation-building," but I don't see it happening in any other way.)
