<<Jerry, the deal is actually $2.8 million U.S. money or thereabout as I understand and second the money is non-refundable. All you need to do to find some of these things out is call Al Waddill at 801-553-6600.>>
Scruff, at home on the farm do you let the fox guard the henhouse? Calling Waddill is only good for getting a read on the hype level being put out to the retail investor. Do your own research. Read the 8-K. This deal is only $1.67M. The rest is refundable if the royalties calculated from the Siemen's "net selling price" don't exceed 2.4M DMs.

<<I'll tell you what, I'd love to see you short this stock between now and the next 2 weeks! I double dog dare you.>>
Your wish will come true, Scruff. You see, the "information" that comes out of Al Waddill that tries to get you to buy and keep his company's stock price up is also helpful to the short side. When the second "major" (cough-cough) announcement comes in the "next few weeks" (cough-cough) I will be short more of this stock then I have ever been before. If this stock breaks over 4, I will start averaging into my current short position. Hope this helps. I know how important it is for a guy like you to pay attention to what everyone else is doing as opposed to doing your own research.
