I have high cholesterol and cannot take statins. I have been on zetia but don't know how effective that is proving. I tried samples of the new bempoic (spelling?) acid and tolerated it well but it is very expensive.

Any ideas for treatment?

A cardiologist once told me naturally high cholesterol was not that important.
