Incorrect. It's not a simple Yes/No answer. Different People different results. Just with a normal set of jabs the serious harm rate is 7% to 15% according to these sources quoted by Dr Peter McCullouch below.

From a simple safety point of view, where there is a serious risk of harm being done, the known safe course of action would be taken. So the correct answer to your question is "YES". No doubt about it.
