I dont think anyone is going to do anything about the 50 million shares anytime soon. there is a waiting game going on right now. Put yourself in the 4 companies shoes; If I had to buy back 50 mil shares what would be the best strategy? Looking at the situation as it now stands, I would stall as long as possible with the hopes that this company will fail and go belly up. Then no one has to do anything, in fact isnt that the reason they "illegally" dumped their shares in the first place?? (if Brad is telling the truth that is). They did not expect anyone to be asking for their stock back so who would be the wiser, a dead man tells no tales. It all falls into Eutros hands, either they tread water and stay afloat, bringing some good companies public, or no one is going to have to pay anyone back anything. But either way, if everything is as brad has stated, I think I would sue the living hell out of the 4 just for the damage it has done to the company and its credibility in its market place. A stock worth 1+ dollar would appear to be a stronger company to jump on board with than one worth only 3c . (actually 2.6 cents on Yahoo this morning) throw us a bone Brad.
