wow didn't think of that. This reminds me of the QCOM/ERIC settlement in 1999. I don't think PI will move to that degree because that had implications far beyond just the 2 participants....but it is a very big deal and when they discuss it at the next earnings report that will be front and center. I think it a virtual guarantee they issue a press release some time after April 1 outlining the impact. Coot
