Without the short selling pressure, NHMCF seems to be building a base as its stock price has been going up the last week or so. I have noticed that the stock price of ATEG (the other company being hurt by the same group of European shorts) has also been increasing in an impressive manner without the same short selling pressure!
ATEG announced yesterday that they have reached a compromise with these European shorts (see their announcement on the ATEG thread), getting a conversion price of $3 for their stock, which is quite a substantial change from a price of around $1.5-1.6 only a week ago prior to the legal action. If NHMCF can do the same thing with the European group in an analogous manner, its stock price should continue to improve. Any idea on what NHMCF conversion price may be, assuming they reach the same resolution with the European group as did ATEG ?
