<<Just>> telling, that we had sold OG abode together with its killer-view and fabulous location-location-location (minutes walk from beach, cliff walk, shops, public transport) and since Jack was born, rental, as at March 2023, at tippy-top extortion-pricing, as ours was the hold-out unit out of 5 total :0)
The developer, intoxicated with hubris, made a mistake of law and thought they could vote us to force-sell but alas etc etc and so was extortion-sold at 2X market price, another good deal done for a good deed.
