have been told that the pentagon refuses to operationalize/clearly define what constitutes "evidence'.
so, they can continually state there's no evidence and since the pentagon holds authority over the
definition of 'evidence' they cannot be effectively challenged. relatedly, they can just say 'national security'
and stop whatever they want to stop. and, of course, there's the you-can't-handle-the-truth angle that
likely plays, too.

more interesting than pentagon fakenews is the decades of film by dorothy izatt. her work has not been
debunked, despite numerous government studies. here's a documentary film about her:
