| | | What I am noticing is that when we compare Putin to Hitler, which is a fair comparison, and then point out that Trump loves Putin, that seems to strike a cord among MAGA I have never seen before.
They are silenced!
They don't want to openly defend Putin, or Hitler, and yet they can't deny the comparisons and that Trump likes Putin, so even in their closed mind, they are aware this could be a problem.
I have never seen them silenced like this before.
They have backed themselves into a corner following Trump who is sympathetic to dictators like Putin, Xi, and Kim, and a full blown lunatic and now in complete control of the Republican party!
I think this is something we Democrats need to keep pointing out!
Pure logic: Putin equals Hitler, Trump loves Putin, and Republicans are defending Putin against Ukraine, ergo Republicans, in effect, are defending Hitler!
As this logic sinks in, it could hurt the Republican party big time.
Few are stupid enough to openly defend Hitler!
