Lindell's petition is available at the Supreme Court. supremecourt.gov Lindell shares Attorney Kurt Olsen with Kari Lake and there's been collaboration between the two cases. Lindell was targeted for lawfare after exposing the evidence from whistleblower Tina Peters. Her evidence is now secured and corroborated by people involved with producing it.
