Dr. Jay, does what you suggest really make sense? Think about it. If they sold at $.27, their profit is tremendous. Why would they wait until it is subzero and incur the cost of lawyers etc.

They could have bought back at even $.04 and made a huge profit.

There is just more here than we know. Since the company is not providing any information, even though it is now two months since the 30 day letter was sent, there is no way of knowing.
